Before your new baby arrives, someone else needs help getting to sleep — that's right, pregnant moms, we mean you.

Between the leg cramps, constant pee breaks and restricted sleeping positions, it can feel impossible to get a good night's rest during your third trimester. As TODAY producer Patrice Poltzer puts it, trying to doze off with a baby bump is "a whole other level of terribleness."
