As any woman who's ever delivered knows, labor is not for wimps! There's pain, discomfort, stress and — oh, yeah! — a baby about to come out.

Once those contractions start, moms-to-be have options when it comes to getting through it all. They can turn to medication, breathing techniques, relaxation, a soothing birthing pool or some combination of those things.

Or they can dance!

A video uploaded to YouTube by Atlanta's OBGYN & Midwife Associates shows the impressive moves one woman performed to get ready to have her baby.

Silentó's "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)" played as the expectant mom did just that in her hospital gown and bright yellow slipper socks. She even had backup dancers, and they all sported big grins throughout the routine.

"I went looking for my patient to see how she was doing with her squatting," the caption alongside the video reads. "This is what I found in between contractions. Get that baby down mommy!"

And she did!

This isn't the first time we've seen a mommy bust a move while waiting for her little bundle of joy to arrive.

In August, a Boston woman had a similar idea, only her dance of choice was the "Toostee Roll."

Keep getting' into the groove, moms!
