Mario Lopez's son, Dominic, may be too young to watch "Saved by the Bell," but that didn't stop the toddler from paying tribute to his famous dad with an A.C. Slater shirt.
On Monday, Lopez shared an adorable Instagram photo of Dominic, who turns 2 next month, sporting a tee featuring his own likeness that appears to read, "Haters gonna hate, Slaters gonna slate."
"Lopez the sequel... #NicoSuave," Lopez, 41, captioned the image.
The actor and "Extra" host played jock A.C. Slater on "Saved by the Bell" from 1989 to 1993, and then "Saved by the Bell: The College Years" the following year.
More than two decades after "Saved by the Bell" ended, fans continue to show their love for the show with garb featuring the faces of the teen sitcom's cast.
Tiffani Thiessen recently addressed the trend in a Reddit AMA.
"Those shirts are floating around all the time," she wrote. "It's quite interesting to see that old face of mine (even though it's a young face). It's kinda surreal at times. It's funny to see how popular that character has become and still is for 25 years."
