Little Darth Vader is a huge hit in Super Bowl ad

The Force is strong with this one. Max Page, age 6, starred in the hit Volkswagen ad on Sunday night's Super Bowl. He visited TODAY and yes, he's adorable. He's also got quite the inspirational story: Born with a congenital heart defect, Max had his first surgery when he was three months old, and now has a pacemaker.

"Just to see him run and play is enough," his mom, Jennifer Page, told TODAY. She said Max has to visit the hospital periodically for maintenance and checkups on his pacemaker, but that she brings his blankets and teddy bears to make it less scary. One thing that's too scary for Max? The actual "Star Wars" movies -- he's never seen them, because mom and dad think they're a bit too frightening for the 6-year-old.

Apparently that didn't stop him from personifying a pint-sized Darth Vader -- the Passat commercial he stars in has been watched more than 15 million times on YouTube.

What did you think of Max's commercial, and his appearance on TODAY? Max got into acting after seeing his older stepsister perform in operas; when he showed interest, his parents got him involved with a local theater. He also acts in the CBS soap opera "The Young and the Restless," where he plays Victor Newman's grandson. He seems like a happy, normal little kid, and hopefully he stays that way -- we don't need any more child stars in rehab! Have you ever thought about getting your kids into acting?
