Kristin Cavallari just got real — Hollywood style.
The former reality TV star posted a photo of herself on Instagram taking a break from her book tour to handle some mommy business, specifically pumping breast milk for her daughter.
“The glamorous side of the #BalancinginHeels #BookTour” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram picture, which shows her pumping while wearing a short, sleeveless black dress, matching stiletto booties and makeup done to perfection. (We'll match her stylish look for sweats, a T-shirt and hair in a ponytail!)
Cavallari and her husband, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, are parents to three young children, including their newest addition, 4-month-old daughter Saylor.

Cavallari's new book, "Balancing in Heels: My Journey to Health, Happiness, and Making it all Work" sheds light on her rise to fame as a star in the MTV series, “Laguna Beach.” It also recounts her journeys into the fashion industry, marriage and motherhood.
For moms in the know, Cavallari's photo is not the most realistic depiction of what it's like to express breast milk while working or on the road. It also may remind some mothers of another Instagram photo, posted several years ago by Gisele Bundchen who was in a similar position as Cavallari.
The Brazilian supermodel was mocked widely at the time, however, for adding the hashtag #multiasking to the photo, which showed her breastfeeding her baby while getting her nails done and having two stylists work on her hair.
Coincidentally, Budchen, like Cavallari, also is married to an NFL player — quarterback Tom Brady of the New England Patriots.
