"Laguna Beach" and "The Hills" alum Kristin Cavallari, 29, posted an adorable photo of her giving son Camden a smooch. "Happy 4th birthday to the sweetest soul I know, my little Cammers. I CANNOT believe it's been 4 years!"
Cavallari has three kids with Jay Cutler, the 33-year-old Chicago Bears quarterback: sons Camden and Jaxon, 2, and daughter Saylor, 8 months.
The former reality star might have chosen this photo for its professional, magazine-worthy look, but she isn't one to shy away from posting the grittier realities of motherhood. As her social media followers would note, she's taken pains to expose the other side of the "world's hardest job" as well.
