Back off world, and get out of my womb!
That’s the message from Chrissy Teigen after she posted a picture of her pregnant belly, just a week after announcing that she and John Legend are expecting their first child.
While Teigen and Legend have not disclosed their due date, the mom-to-be found herself on the receiving end of some less-than supportive comments, and took to Twitter to shut down speculation that she is expecting twins.
Among the heaps of kind words saying she was sporting the cutest bump ever were some wondering if her rounded tummy was the result of overdoing it on National Pasta Day, which she had tweeted about a day earlier, or if she is carrying multiples.
As one tweet said: "@ChrissyTeigen, damn you got big fast! My bestie is due in Feb and she's 1/2 your size. Not twins? Probably triplets!"
The model and TV host, who had opened up about the couple’s struggles with infertility, answered back in several tweets, and she had plenty of online defenders telling the haters to go away.
All the comments may be enough to keep Teigen from tweeting through her pregnancy.
