Three-year-old John is sticking to his story: He has NO IDEA what happened to those sprinkles. The ones spilled across the counter and stuck to his face and his teeth? Nope, sorry mom, never seen them before in my life.
Doesn't it amaze you how children can look so innocent when they're clearly lying... and yet they're so bad at covering their tracks?
Don't worry, John's mom said they had a good long talk about the importance of telling the truth after this little incident.
