Botox Mom is back... and now she says she made it all up.
Gossip website TMZ claims to have obtained a sworn declaration by one "Sheena Upton," who says the British tabloid The Sun paid her $200 to "play the role of Kerry Campbell," a fame-hungry pageant mom with terrible judgment, in a story called "I Give My 8-Year-Old Daughter Botox."
TODAY Moms reported, skeptically, on the story last March. Upton/Campbell -- let's just keep calling her Botox Mom -- later went on to tell her story on Good Morning America and Inside Edition.
TMZ says Botox Mom made the sworn declaration to try to regain custody of her daughter, who was reportedly removed by child welfare officials. Apparently she thinks that while injecting an 8-year-old with Botox is definitely wrong, involving your daughter in an elaborate, public, international hoax is fine and dandy.
