We've got the cure for your hump day blues: A precious baby boy!
Bobbie Thomas, TODAY's style editor and all-around fashion guru, welcomed a son July 21. Miles Thomas Marion entered the world weighing 7 lbs., 5 oz. and measuring 20.5 inches long.
We got a sneak peek at the little guy via social media. But on Wednesday Bobbie returned to Studio 1A for the first time since giving birth to share her bundle of joy with Kathie Lee, Hoda and, well, the world!
Bobbie has shared her battle with infertility publicly, which is why we were extra thrilled to see her healthy baby boy. For all of us who have followed her story, it was a great day.
"It's the best gift you could ever get on this planet, and I just feel so lucky," Bobbie commented as Miles lay dozing in Kathie Lee's lap.
And about those social posts? "I just wish I could hug every single person that's left a Facebook comment," Bobbie said.
Meanwhile, many months after the fact, we're still trying to wrap our heads around the glory that was Bobbie's baby shower. Hosted by Kathie Lee at her Connecticut waterfront home, it was full of adorable details (including a "Blue is the New Pink" theme), a photo station, garlands, art prints, and more.
The good news? Bobbie's back Monday to recap the Emmys. Can't wait to see you again, Bobbie!
