Line dancing, Sugar Ray and babies. We can't really imagine a more fabulous formula for an exercise class.
Actually, scratch that. We can think of one thing that would improve such a class: dads.
The basics: San Diego-based dance studio GroovaRoo Dance has recently made waves with their videos moms dancing while wearing their babies in carriers.
Now a group of babywearing dads who, as the caption states, "claim they don't dance," do ... well ... just that. And with upwards of 1 million views, we think they must've had some pretty solid moves.
"They were 'dancin' and singin' and movin' to groove' just to show these mamas how much they appreciate them. And that's the greatest love of all!"

It's a novel idea, and one that came pretty naturally to founders Amber Anjali, a birth doula/postpartum yoga instructor, and husband Meeshi, a dance instructor.
And it's a good idea, too, given that it can be tough for new moms to find ways to work out.
"There aren't a lot of activities where moms can feel comfortable bringing their babies and getting a workout," Amber recently told TODAY Parents. "They come for the exercise, but then through the process, they find a community."
