It's a girl for "Bachelorette" alum Ali Fedotowsky and her fiancé, Kevin Manno!

The happy couple welcomed baby Molly Sullivan Manno in the morning hours of July 6, a representative for Fedotowsky confirmed to TODAY. The little bundle of joy takes a name from each of Fedotowsky and Manno's grandmothers.

"This little angel is not even a day old and is already our entire world," the reality star told Us Weekly.

Fedotowsky, 31, suspected she likely wouldn't make it to her July 14 due date, writing on her blog, “My belly has certainly dropped and my doctor feels confident that we won’t make it until 40 weeks.”

And while she couldn't have been more excited "to see her and hold her for the first time," Fedotowsky didn't hold back about her daily struggles with the pregnancy.

At 37 weeks, she penned an extremely honest post about the side of pregnancy usually not addressed.

"I have found that my pregnancy has gone beyond just a physical toll on my body and it's starting to take an emotional toll," she wrote.

She started to miss being able to accomplish simple tasks like tying her shoes, or completing a yoga class. Just taking the dog for a walk caused "terrible pain" and she was growing frustrated.

At the time, the mom-to-be considered deleting the post in fear of seeming ungrateful, but kept it with the hope other women would appreciate the honesty.

"Well, I do thank my lucky stars and I am super grateful, but that doesn't discredit the aches and pains I am feeling," Fedotowsky wrote.

Hopefully having baby Molly has helped ease the pain, at least just a little. Congratulations to the couple!
