Emma Rester is a pretty talented gymnast. She can twirl and bend and flip and execute some incredible moves. What's even more amazing... she's only 3 years old!

Emma, who's only been practicing those moves for about six months, visited "Ellen" on Thursday with her mom Annie, and said her favorite gymnast is Gabby Douglas. "I like her leotard and she won a gold medal at the Olympics," said Emma.

Her favorite move is "back handsprings" and she said she's never scared of falling "because then you get back up."

Well said!

Emma's dad is currently serving in the Army in South Korea, but he left behind a special way for her to remember him: A "daddy kiss jar" full of Hershey kisses, one for each day he's away. Has she ever stolen more kisses than one?

"No!" said Emma.

Well, her mom noted, not since she got caught taking more than one, hoping it would mean daddy would come home sooner.

Awww!

Be sure to check out the video to see Emma's other amazing moves, and her Instagram account (maintained by mom), which has some terrific photos and videos of the little girl who totally goes to the mat for her sport.

It's enough to make you want to do some handsprings!
