Actor James Marsden joined Al, Natalie and Carson on Tuesday to chat about his upcoming movie "2 Guns," and sported an outfit with a bad-boy edge to go with his new bad-boy role.

Cast to play a kind of "militant jarhead" in the comic action thriller, Marsden said he didn't really see himself in the role at first: Carson noted that the actor is often cast as the nice guy in movies (straight-arrow superhero Cyclops in the X-Men films, for example).
The two agreed Marsden's clean-cut look is a possible reason he's usually a good guy — even though the leather jacket helped roughen up his edges on Tuesday.
