It's bad news for The Situation, but the Jersey Shore could soon be getting a dress code requiring visitors to put on a shirt and pull up saggy pants.
The issue of whether to enforce a dress code at the Wildwood boardwalk in Wildwood, N.J., is up for a vote Wednesday, and the new rules would fine violators up to $200.
Enforcing appropriate attire isn't a new issue: Dress codes have been passed in suburbs of New Orleans, Chicago, Atlanta and many other cities.
