Emma Trabue thought she had a great surprise all planned out at the airport for the return of her fiancé, but airman Jon Greko ended up melting her heart instead — thanks to some help from his fellow passengers.
With Trabue waiting at Greko's gate at Detroit Metro Airport with a poster welcoming him home, strangers began handing her roses as they exited the plane. Greko, who was in on the surprise, was then finally able to do in person what he had previously done over the phone to Trabue: propose.
Watch their memorable reunion, which came after a 100-day separation while Greko was at basic training.
