A passing motorist captured a photo at the site of a crash in Powell County, Kentucky, on Tuesday, but some see more than emergency vehicles and a small group of people gathered at the scene when they look at the image.
They say they see the shape of a spirit rising up from the crash.
The sight appears between the two ambulances pictured, just above head of a member of law enforcement standing at the center of the shot.
"I took this picture just few minutes ago from the cab of my truck," Saul Vazquez explained in a Facebook post. "It was an accident between (C)ampton and Stanton on the service road just off of the mountain parkway, zoom in and pay attention to the shadow just off the top of the state trooper hat. All I say is I hope everyone involved is okay!!"
Sadly, that wasn't the case.

The following day, NBC affiliate Lex18 News reported that a motorcyclist, who was the only person involved in the crash, later died at an area hospital.
While some of those who've viewed Vazquez's photo simply dismissed it as "freaky," others who commented on Facebook seem certain they could see a "soul."
