New mom and reality-TV star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has lost 42 pounds since giving birth to baby Lorenzo six months ago, thanks to a combination of breast-feeding, eating right, working out and mostly cutting out alcohol.

But she's discovered that for some parts of your body, childbirth is like a hangover that lasts.

She told TODAY she still has a “mommy pouch” tummy, and she has some complaints about her breasts.

Quoting Polizzi, Matt Lauer said: “My boobs are a little messed up; in a bra they look good but when I take it off they’re all kinds of flappy.” (We’re pretty sure that’s the first time Matt Lauer has talked about flappy boobs on air.)

Polizzi confirmed: “I need to fix those.”

Despite the sacrifices in the boob area, Polizzi seems pretty blissful with her new life. She told Lauer she doesn’t miss her hard-partying days.

“I have to take care of someone else, so the partying is done basically,” she said Tuesday. “I’m so over it. I’m so into my family now.”

The star of MTV's "Snooki and JWoww," a "Jersey Shore" spin-off, Polizzi still enjoys an occasional glass of wine with her girls, but says another side benefit of sobering up and losing weight is that she’s now a cheap date: “I get drunk off three sips, so it’s good.”
