Just a little over a year after she bought the modern Pacific Palisades home, Rihanna is letting it go — as a $65,000 a month rental.

The Barbados native recently moved to New York, and it appears that while she’s on the East Coast, she wants her abandoned mansion to bring in a bit of income.

Despite the home being described as having “unmatched privacy and serenity” – it didn’t seem to offer that to RiRi. Rather, the home was plagued by break-ins.

It started with an incident in February 2013, when a man broke into her neighbor’s home and slept in a bed he believed to be hers. In June, police arrested a man on the roof of her home, and in October, another man was arrested after an attempted break-in at her residence.

Perhaps the modern home will be better suited for someone a little less famous. Boasting “resort-like” features, the home has seven bedrooms, nine baths and extra-large living spaces with 14-foot ceilings. Outside, the property has a sun deck with fire pit and barbecue, as well as an infinity pool with spa.

Yoko Ono selling West Village penthouse

Yoko Ono’s penthouse has been on the market for a while without nabbing a buyer, but according to Ono, its failure to sell has nothing to do with her. Rather, she blames the co-op for interfering with the home’s sale.

Apparently a family with children put an offer on the home, but it didn’t go through, because, as Ono maintains in court documents, the co-op prefers an empty unit with “an owner who pays the bills but isn’t around.”

The three-bedroom, five-bath home has a private entrance with a private garage and elevator. Inside, the penthouse is all brick and soaring ceilings, with original beams and columns. The loft includes a greenhouse, rooftop deck, terrace and rec room. It’s listed for $6.5 million.

Pete Rose made his career in Cincinnati, but for the past several years called Los Angeles home. Now he’s switching cities again, living primarily in Las Vegas. His move has prompted the all-time hit leader to list his L.A. residence for $2.15 million.

Rose’s L.A. home is situated in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood at 13348 Chandler Blvd. The contemporary Spanish-style home measures 4,719 square feet with six bedrooms and five baths. Described as an “entertainer’s home,” the house has a grand foyer, custom pool and spa and outdoor kitchen area with wet bar.

monthly payment on Rose’s home would be about $8,410, according to Zillow’s mortgage calculator and assuming 20 percent down on a 30-year fixed mortgage.
