Remnants of Hermine slamming East Coast; could become hurricane again

Hermine is expected to gain strength again as it continues moving into the Northeast after slamming Florida, Virginia and the Carolinas. Officials say the post-tropical storm could become a hurricane again but is not expected to make landfall. NBC’s Tammy Leitner reports for TODAY from Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
