A 93-year-old Indian restaurant owner whose fascination with the royals is legendary in Mumbai finally got to meet Prince William and Duchess Kate during the couple’s visit to his country.

Boman Kohinoor, who calls himself “the royal family’s fan No. 1,” received a last-minute invitation Sunday to meet with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The three met inside the couple's room at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel before the royals left to attend a charity gala.
