Prince George meets George the marsupial on zoo trip

The latest leg of the royal family’s three-week adventure Down Under brought them to Taronga Zoo in Sydney, Australia, where Prince George got to meet a marsupial named George.

Curious (Prince ) George was ready to leap over the enclosure and get his hands on the bilby, a rabbit-like marsupial, and grab his ear.

"If he gets it he'll never let go," William was overheard saying.

That wasn’t the only up-close animal experience at the zoo. Take a look at some of these fun photos that capture the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge getting a hands-on tour.
