The wedding took place in August, but with a matrimonial television event on the way, Kim Kardashian still has her mind on her big day.

During a Friday morning interview on TODAY, the new bride told host Matt Lauer about the plans leading up to the wedding, what she and hubby Kris Humphries have been up to since and whether or not there will be another Kardashian on the way.

“It was (a whirlwind wedding). I don’t know how we did it,” Kim recalled. “I always say I seriously have so much respect for my wedding planner, Sharon (Sacks). I don’t know how she does this as a living. It was stressful — so many details.”

Now that the wedding day stress is over, Kim and Kris have moved on to more mundane stresses, such as their biggest domestic disagreement.

“Probably for Kris to pick up his clothes off the floor,” Kim said of her personal pet peeve.

And those typical newlywed issues weren’t helped by the couple’s recent move. Just days after the wedding, Kris found himself keeping up with a few Kardashians.

“I don’t think it is easy at all, you know," she explained. "Especially since we moved straight to New York cause we’re filming ‘Kourtney and Kim Take New York.’ A week after the wedding, we’re living in New York City, in a suite with Kourtney, Scott (Disick) and (their son) Mason -- in one suite. I mean, it’s two stories and there’s three bedrooms and we have the whole upstairs to ourselves, but it’s definitely, probably not your ideal situation for newlyweds.”

Speaking of one of her recent roomies, little Mason happened to make quite an impression at the wedding.

“He absolutely did (steal the show),” Kim said with a smile. “He is so cute. And I didn’t know this, but when Kourtney was walking down the aisle, she tripped and she grabbed him. Mason took the pillow, ran to Kourtney and then ran back to Scott, and so she had to grab him. As she was walking back down, she tripped down the aisle.”

Despite how adorable her nephew Mason is, Kim plans to make him wait a while for a new cousin. The newlywed isn’t quite ready to start a family of her own.

“I think I’m going to wait a little bit,” she said. “We’re definitely going to wait at least a year, just because we don’t even know where he’s going to be playing, so we have no idea where we’re living. I think we have to figure that out first before we have babies.”

So Kardashian fans will have to wait a while for the inevitable tie-in TV special for that. At least they can watch Kim and Kris swap “I dos” and see Kourtney’s tumble down the aisle when “Kim Kardashian’s Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event,” a two-part, four-hour special airs on E! Oct. 9 and 10.
