Jackie Kennedy's signature pillbox hat and matching pink suit, a replica of a Chanel style, became a symbol of mourning after the assassination of her husband, President John F. Kennedy in 1963. Known to this day simply as "the pink suit," the former first lady had already worn it six times before that fateful Nov. 22, but it is now only remembered as bloodstained — and the outfit that marked her as a widow.
