When we asked the TODAY community to share the stories of who you've been #InspiredBy, many of you named men and women in the military who have made a difference in your life.
On Monday, a group of service members from the nonprofit Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) came by the plaza on Veterans Day, and shared their stories of who has inspired them:
Christopher Villatoro: "What inspires me are simply the men who have served on my side on every single one of my deployments...To them I want to take this opportunity to say thank you."
Lucas Scimia: "I would also like to thank my brother who inspired me to join the United States Army. As a young child growing up I was a little lost and the Army put me on the right path. I would not have had it any other way."
Seth Smith: "What inspires me most are military families, spouses and the support and love that they give to their service members and veterans when they come home."
