And while sharks are blamed for nearly 20 unprovoked attacks in the U.S. already this year, only three species of sharks — out of more than 400 — are responsible for the deadly attacks.
We got up close and personal with some whale sharks at the Georgia Aquarium in an effort to dispel some commonly-held shark myths.
