The friendliest late night rivalry in the business just got a little chummier for the holidays as the hosts from “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” and “Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson” swapped Christmas presents on their respective shows Thursday night.
On NBC, Fallon told his audience about his surprise for Ferguson, a cringe-worthy Christmas sweater featuring photos of the two men. Nice.
"He's over at CBS in L.A. and I know how cold it gets at night there," Fallon said of his cozy gesture before moving on to his own treats, which included the prancing wonder that is Fake Secretariat and a pair of kittens named Regis and Kelly.
On CBS, at the very same hour, Ferguson opened his gift and noted, “Everyone knows Jimmy Fallon is the best knitter in show business.”
