There's arguably no better barometer for measuring global conversation over time than social media. And with more than 1 billion people active on its platform, Facebook is helping to lead that conversation.

The site's chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg, joined TODAY' Savannah Guthrie Wednesday morning to reveal its most talked-about moments of 2015 in an exclusive interview.
