It’s St. Paddy's, which means our favorite royal is, as usual, wearing an envy-inducing emerald coat.
Kate, joined by Prince William, stepped out for a parade in Aldershot, England Monday.
There to hand out sprigs of shamrock to members of the 1st Battalion Irish Guards, Duchess Kate wore a belted green coat, accessorized with a chic fascinator and emerald-colored shoes. The “persephone” coat in pine green by British retailer Hobbs is on sale for £195 (roughly $324), and touted for its “understated elegance.” If you want it, better get on it: We give it just a few hours before it’s sold out.
In years past, Kate has stuck to the Irish hue for the holiday, and even recycled her ladylike Emilia Wickstead coat in 2013. (In 2012, she cinched it with a belt and went stockings-free).
She also wore a royal family heirloom — a Cartier gold shamrock brooch — beside sprigs of the actual plant.
