Hillary Clinton has more than just the presidential election to look forward to in 2016.
Her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, 35, took to Twitter on Monday to announce that Charlotte is going to be a big sister next summer. She paired the announcement with an adorable photo of the 15-month-old reading a book titled "Big Sisters are the Best."
"Next summer, Charlotte is going to be a big sister! Feeling very blessed & grateful this holiday season," wrote Chelsea Clinton, who married Marc Mezvinsky in 2010.
Hillary Clinton also chimed in on Twitter saying, "Your dad and I could not be happier for you, Marc, and Charlotte. We’re so excited to meet our second grandchild!"
The Democratic frontrunner has been very public about wanting grandchildren and enjoys mentioning her beloved Charlotte on the campaign trail any chance she gets.
"We thought maybe we'd have a little bit more time, but she already talks about wanting more grandchildren," Chelsea Clinton told TODAY back in September, while promoting her new book "It's Your World: Get Informed, Get Inspired and Get Going."
It looks like the former first lady got the best Christmas gift she could've asked for.
"We are feeling particularly blessed and grateful this holiday season," Chelsea Clinton wrote on Facebook. "Being Charlotte's parents has been the most joyous, meaningful and loving experience of our lives and we are very excited about growing our family in the new year."
