Why bother with an old bumper sticker or lawn sign when you can show your support of Hillary Clinton or Rand Paul with items like an "everyday pantsuit tee" and a 3-foot-tall birthday card?
The 2016 presidential candidates have gone above and beyond the usual campaign swag with a variety of unconventional offerings in their online stores. Clinton is giving supporters a chance to show off her signature style with a pantsuit T-shirt, while also offering items like a "future voter onesie" for babies and a throw pillow embroidered with "A woman's place is in the White House."
Paul's online store features a customized Rand Paul beanbag toss, an eye chart and a 3-foot tall birthday card featuring Paul on the front that also comes with a giant envelope. Paul also has some fun at Clinton's expense with a "Hillary's Hard Drive" for $99.95 that promises to be a "100% genuine erased clean email server."
So far, Paul and Clinton are the only candidates to offer the distinct items, as the others have stuck to buttons, bumper stickers and signs.
