Oscar-winning actress Jodie Foster has sold her Hollywood Hills Spanish-style home, but it wasn’t easy.
She lived in the 6,000-square-foot home at one time but has since moved to Beverly Hills. She listed it twice, first in June 2013 for $6.399 million before dropping the price to $5.995 million last September. She then relisted the home for $5.75 million this spring. She sold it in a deal that closed this week. The Wall Street Journal reported that the sale went through for about $5 million.
The home is private, like the actress, with hedges and a back entrance. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, dark beamed ceilings and a wall off the dining room that opens up to the secluded courtyard.
Kurt Rappaport of the Westside Estate Agency held the listing at the time of the sale.
