Some things still aren't equal in the workplace for women. For instance, women typically contribute less to their 401k's than men. CNBC's Personal Finance Correspondent Sharon Epperson tells us why, and answered your questions on how you can save better.

Because with the economic future uncertain and the country still recovering from recent downturns, getting your savings to safe place where you can comfortably retire seems more daunting than ever.
