The game initially launched May 2013, but has spent the last three weeks at the top of the iTunes App Store. 

Why is Flappy Bird suddenly flying so high? Most likely it's due to the slew of hilarious, rage-fueled YouTube videos and reviews in which players vent their frustration with the game's difficulty.
