Gold’s Gym is opening up their gyms for free every weekend in October as part of their “Avoid the Pitfall” campaign. They did some research and found that October is the slowest gym month of the year, so in order to keep people on track with the fitness goals they worked on all summer long, Gold’s Gym are opening up their outlets for free these weekends to keep them motivated to stay in shape through the dreaded holiday weight-gain season.

A benefit of signing up for an online account at Kroger.com is that you get a coupon every Friday for a free item. All you need to do is visit the promotions section of their site on Friday between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. to view and download the coupon, which will be loaded directly to your shopper’s cared. You will have two weeks to redeem the coupon in the store. The coupon will automatically apply at checkout.
Olive Garden’s Buy One Take One
From now until November 24, guest can enjoy a meal in-restaurant for only $12.99 and then take another complete home for free. Guests will be able to select one of five entrees including new Mezzaluna Ravioli with Five Cheese, Marinara Smoked Mozzarella and Chicken Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno plus receive unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks when dining in the restaurant.
