Like it or not, technology has become a part of our kids’ milestones.
We’ve got toddlers who can work an iPhone before they can tie their shoes. Kids are savvy at video games way before they learn multiplication. And teens are on Facebook and YouTube well before they ever get behind the wheel of car.
So how much is too much? When is it appropriate for kids to start their tech habits, from screen time to having a cell phone to getting a Facebook profile?
