Back-to-school basics: Pencils, pens and … toilet paper?

As back-to-school season approaches, some parents are starting to see a few surprises on the lists of school supplies they’re being asked to procure. Pencils and pads aren’t out of the ordinary, but toilet paper? Anti-bacterial wipes? Detergent?
