A recent New York Times article suggested the art of the conversation may be a lost one, thanks to technology.
Hoda and guest co-host Willie Geist discussed it, and Hoda finally got to ask: Speaking of conversation, what DO guys talk about when there are no women around?
While he admitted that it may be "a gross generalization," Willie contended that male conversation isn't very deep. It's mostly sports and calling each other "man" a lot.
"But you don't talk about your feelings?" said Hoda.
"No, absolutely not." But maybe, he said, if you're out and you've had a few drinks, things can get emotional. Hoda pressed him for details but was promptly shot down.
"I can't get into that," said Willie. "It's guy code."
