According to time management expert Laura Vanderkam, the a.m. hours are best for getting your life in perfect shape. Her new book, "What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast," suggests that there's time enough to get buff, meditate, do work, hang out with your family, boost your mood and more… if you just get up early enough.
The book, based on research that suggests that willpower is strongest first thing in the day, argues that you're more likely to accomplish something right when you roll out of bed. The only hitch? As Vanderkam told USA Today, you have to be wiling to go to bed early, too, which "is not that easy for many people."
Well, no -- that's when all the other good TV is on.
