It's been over 30 years since family-friendly drama "Little House on the Prairie" came to an end, but there's good news for fans of the show. The Ingalls family and some of their friends (or frenemies — ahem, Nellie Oleson) will soon be together again. Many of the stars who brought those characters to life on the small screen will have a reunion on TODAY Wednesday.
"Eight cast members are all going to be here, including Melissa Gilbert (who played Laura Ingalls)," Hoda Kotb announced Tuesday. "And remember evil Nellie? Evil Nellie (Alison Arngrim) is coming too."
Of course, there's one member of the core "Little House" family who won't be present. Michael Landon, who played beloved family patriarch Charles Ingalls, died in 1991.
Gilbert, Arngrim and the others will be there, and as Kathie Lee Gifford promised, "It's going to be fun."
Watch the "Little House" gang gather during TODAY's fourth hour on April 30.
