Kathie Lee and Hoda couldn’t believe that QVC host Dan Hughes kept plugging a product Sunday night, just seconds after his partner Cassie Slane tapped her chest and passed out on live television.
“I thought we were going to come back to him holding her, while she’s out, but he’s selling those Androids," Kathie Lee said. "Those guys are trained! I’ve been on QVC a gazillion times. They’re machines, those people!”
QVC's Carolyn Gracie, who replaced Slane for the rest of the segment, responded to a fan on her Facebook page, saying that Slane blacked out from low blood sugar and has since recovered.
