The ladies are hopping on a terrible trend where people take a break from booze to recover from the excess of the holidays. Starting Tuesday, KLG and Hoda have sworn to stay off the sauce until February.

Before their austere few weeks of mocktails, smoothies and (heaven forbid) tea begin Tuesday, they hoisted one last ceremonial glass of Colby Red on Monday morning.

"I thought we should have picked February, since it's a short month," lamented Hoda.

"I thought we did!" said KLG.

It doesn't matter which month you picked, ladies, it would still be the longest.

How do you think they'll do? Do you think they'll be able to last? Have you done this before? Do you have any tips for them? Tell us in the comments below!
