Former "Girls Next Door" cast member Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett dropped in to the fourth hour of TODAY on Halloween to deliver a very special treat: She's pregnant with "baby No. 2!"

As she told Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb (who were dressed as Wilma and Betty from "The Flintstones," while Wilkinson was outfitted like Sharon Stone from "Casino"), she and husband, former NFL player Hank Baskett, "planned this perfectly." They waited until the season of her WE TV series "Kendra On Top" was over before she could go forward with another pregnancy.

"So we have a little time off, so I have the time to puke, be in the cave," she chuckled.

So far, Wilkinson is still in her first trimester, so there's no news on the gender of the tot-to-be. But he or she will be able to join their firstborn, Hank IV, who she revealed would be going as The Flash for this Halloween. "He's 3 years old, so we finally get to have fun (with the holiday)," she said.

As for daddy? He couldn't be more thrilled. "He just thanks me every day, 'thank you for having my children,'" she said. "He takes such good care of me. I couldn't have found a better man."
