At what point did Fun Day Monday turn into Feud Day Monday?
Back in Studio 1A after broadcasting from Los Angeles for the past two weeks, the Fourth Hour ladies poked fun at rumors they have been fighting.
“How were your few days where I wasn’t with you?” Hoda asked Kathie Lee at the top of the hour.
“I’m sorry, I’m not speaking to you. I’m feuding with you,” KLG told her. “I don’t want you to have eye contact and you may call me Ms. Gifford.”
“Don’t breathe my air,” Hoda told KLG, but not before cracking a huge smile. “Everyone thinks we’re feuding,” she said.
KLG said she has no idea how the rumors got started. “You’re the only person I’m not feuding with. The only one in the world,” she said.
During a later segment, Entertainment Weekly writer Tim Stack also poked fun at the rumors after filling them in on the latest Hollywood Buzz. Before he signed off, he told the ladies, “I hope you two can get along."
KLG mentioned she loved being in Los Angeles, where she had a chance to see her children, but she knew it was time to leave.
“My kids were so glad to see me go,” she said.
