Hoda stopped by "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" last night, where she chatted with Jimmy about her new book, "Ten Years Later: Six People Who Faced Adversity and Transformed Their Lives." And of course, her accursed month of sobriety.
In the past, Jimmy has teased the ladies about their love of partying. But last night, he was sympathetic.
"You're going through a rough time," he said. "You're not drinking the whole month!"
"It's the worst decision we have ever made," sighed Hoda, who admitted that the mornings were not as fun. She also discussed their brief "beef" with Chelsea Handler, who is actually responsible for the fact that the ladies drink on the show in the first place.
Jimmy wished Hoda well with her book and declared 2013 "the year of the Hoda." The morning after, Kathie Lee inquired about her precious late-night host, on whom she's admitted a serious crush.
"How is our Jimmy?" asked KLG.
"He's such a treat," sighed Hoda moonily.
Even though he also ran a drinking segment, which she said left her feeling cruelly "parched." Only 20 days to go!
