Some familiar faces appear in Grammy-winning singer Colbie Caillat's new video, "Try," debuting exclusively here. The video is packed with no-makeup selfies from Caillat and her famous and not-so-famous friends, including TODAY's Kathie Lee Gifford, Hoda Kotb, Natalie Morales, Savannah Guthrie and Tamron Hall.

Caillat gathered photos through a request on her website, and a note at the beginning of the video notes that the selfie subjects are wearing "little to no makeup." Selfies of singers Miranda Lambert, Sheryl Crow, Natasha Bedingfield and Sara Bareilles also appear in the video. The TODAY anchor selfies were taken during "Love Your Selfie" week.

"Try" is the lead track off Caillat's fourth studio album, "Gypsy Heart Side A," which is now available on iTunes. On the song, she joins forces with musician Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds to make a powerful statement about female body image.

"While we were writing, Kenny told me, 'Stay true to yourself. You don't have to try," Caillat remembers. "It was such an amazing thing to hear from him of all people. I thought it was a great point, and I started singing the chorus with the words, 'You don't have to try.' I told him how exhausting it is for women. There's so much we have to do in order to make ourselves beautiful so we feel accepted in the public eye. This is an anthem for women to accept who they are and be comfortable showing it and not hiding it."

"Try" is available free all week on iTunes.
