Okay, so it wasn't the most eventful Call of the Wild segment the fourth hour's ever seen, but even bobcats need to take a break from being "on" all the time. When the National Wildlife Federation dropped with some well-behaved animals, there was surprisingly little clawing or screaming… from Hoda, who was very chill.
The ladies were visibly on their guard, but even the baby wallaby was composed. Maybe the animals are all total TV pros by now, but this hasn't always been the case.
Poor Hoda has been terrified by a French Canadian boa constrictor:
This snapping turtle had it in for her:
So did an over-affectionate puffin:
And of course, a variety of scary birds made her a little frightened:
It's always a good Winesday Wednesday when nobody gets scratched or sprayed with scent gland.
