Fall is a great time to get on your beauty A-game! TODAY style editor and Bobbie.com's Bobbie Thomas highlights a few ways to clean up your act.

Fresh face

While we ladies love our makeup, I think we can all agree that the daily removal ritual is a real drag. I've tested every oil, lotion, tonic and soap out there hoping to simplify this cleansing process, so I was intrigued when I came across The Wonder Cloth & Makeup Eraser towels. Both claim to clean your face with just one ingredient — water. The special fibers are said to grab dirt, oil, and even stubborn cosmetics without any cleanser or soap necessary. After a test run, I have to agree with many YouTubers. They actually work. Except for some eyeliner and mascara, both brands offered a squeaky clean solution. Since they're also re-usable and washable, they're helpful for travelers and/or anyone looking to cut back on their carbon footprint (The Wonder Cloth, $9.99, bedbathandbeyond.com; The Makeup Eraser, $19.97, makeuperaser.com).

Glove love

We all know we should wash our beauty brushes a little more often, but let's face it: The task is tedious, so we tend to neglect it. Sigma Beauty's rubber brush cleaning mitt, however, aims to make the process a little easier with special, texturized zones and precise shaping grooves ($35, SigmaBeauty.com). You can also consider thinking outside the box and using a silicone dog grooming glove from your local pet store. It's not quite as tailored for tools, but it can help get the job done ($6.99, Chewy.com).

Cuticle care

Last but not least, Julep's slip-on nail masks will elevate any at-home mani by offering an added layer of nourishment to your cuticles. With ingredients like vitamin E, aloe, collagen and shea butter, the teeny tiny nail gloves aim to rehydrate dry nails. The masks are also touchscreen friendly, so you can type, text and tweet while the treatment does its thing ($10, Julep.com).
