Joey Feek may be facing the end of her life, but she’s still finding time to smile.

In a touching new post on the family’s Facebook page, the 40-year-old musician and mom beams ear-to-ear with her daughter, Indiana, and her sister as the trio wears matching floppy hats.

“The mail lady delivered big smiles to us today.... hand-sewn hats, made with love,” her husband Rory wrote in the caption of the pic.

Joey, one half of the country duo Joe + Rory with her husband, is in hospice care at her home in Alexandria, Indiana, with late-stage cervical cancer.

She was diagnosed with the disease in May 2014 and underwent an aggressive treatment plan that included a hysterectomy, surgery and chemotherapy.

Last month, Rory captured national attention with a moving essay on his blog about how the family had decided to stop treatment and return to her family’s farmhouse for her final months.

In a candid interview with The Tennessean, Rory said they’d made peace with the decision, even though doctors have said he may lose his wife of 12 years much earlier than they initially thought.

"I don't fear anything because I'm so close to God and we've talked about it so many times," he told the newspaper. "I know he's close. And I know he loves me. I'm really at peace.”
