Recipe: WATERMELON SORBET
- 4 cups cubed seeded watermelon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. Spoon sorbet into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: ½ cup)
